Living room 40 sqm, 5 floor-to-ceiling windows, 1 fireplace. Warm atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower bathroom, separate toilet. The outbuilding, at the back of the grounds, is a few meters from the main house. The 2 buildings are back to back and separated by a courtyard. This is our family home, built by my great grandparents in early 1900. A few family memories, authenticity and modern comforts await. From the garden there is beautiful sea view, Dourveil beach is close by. There are 3 bedrooms with 180x200 beds, you can make a fireplace or have a barbecue and lunch outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can park their car in front of the garden entrance.
