The small house

On foot, you are 12 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the city center (5 minutes by car or bus 1 minute away). In a small cul-de-sac, this studio has independent access. The door opens onto a small entrance that leads to the living space: kitchenette with fridge, microwave and stove, sitting area. Private bathroom and toilet. You are independent! Come and recharge your batteries in our haven of peace, located between Bourges and Sancerre, you will find all the amenities: Carrefour Market, bakery. There are many walks and bike rides! Laiterie de Rians 4 km, Bourges 15 min, vineyard region: Sancerre 20 min, Menetou Salon is 10 min, La Borne (potters' village) 10 min. Very quiet and relaxing environment for two. Excellent gourmet restaurant 8 km from La Borne (L'Epicerie), book in advance.

5 minutes from Sancerre and the "Loire by bike" , the small accommodation offered is a haven of peace, nestled at the foot of the vines, in a colorful house. Small furnished , 2 rooms, with 1 bathroom, and kitchen with everything necessary for the succinct breakfast, not served, included in the price , 2 "Gigogne" beds (quality bedding)! Toilet on the same landing!
