Stylish apartment in loft character with 3.20 m room height and large windows that was lovingly renovated at the end of 2024/25. It is perfect for 2-4 people with hotel-like amenities and is located in a quiet, central location in the lively district of Sülz. You sleep on a high-quality 1.80 m wide box spring bed. Originally a small hat factory was based here, the upper floors of the house have always been used as apartments.

Studio apartment in the artist's house between D' Dorf and Cologne

Here you have access to a studio apartment with high ceilings and a lot of light. This apartment is renovated in 2019. It is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a steam cleaner before each booking. Between departure and arrival is always at least 24 st. Dishes and cutlery are cleaned in the dishwasher with 70 C. We are a small family run, live in the house and are very careful to follow the hygiene standards.

My beautiful, light-flooded old building apartment with impressively high ceilings and very spacious rooms is located right in the center, in a small quiet side street. 700 meters from the main train station, 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. I live in the neighboring house, so my address is stored as a contact.
