If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

HexenburgbeiDresden: cool and stylish barrel sauna

Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Thanks to the central location, all important places are within easy walking distance and the bus station is just 300 meters away. If you like hiking, you are in the right place, because the hiking trails start right outside the front door.

Friendly 50 m² apartment

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

Waldhaus Rathen

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen, bedroom and shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for infants is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
