studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Ruhige Wohnung im Schwedenhaus mitten in Berlin

Wir haben uns die letzten Jahre mit Ideen für den modernen aber nachhaltigen Wohnungsbau beschäftigt und unseren Traum eines Vollholzhauses verwirklicht. Wir haben unser Zuhause komplett aus naturbelassenem Massivholz erbaut, mit Kreidefarben gestrichen und alte Techniken wie "Laugen und Seifen" der Eichendielen wieder entdeckt. So auch eine kleine Ferienwohnung , die wir hier anbieten. Wer wollte schon immer mal wissen, wie es ist in einem Holzhaus zu wohnen und das Mitten im Berlin?

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. PS: If you look at the reviews, please do not be surprised, we have recently renovated the apartment extensively ;-)
