The house is located close to shops, 10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne beach and 40 minutes from Puy du Fou Park.

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...).
