Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The first beaches 25 km away and the proximity to major highways make it a good starting point for crisscrossing the department. The village is very pleasant (mill of Rambourg, Pottery, Golf) and 2 steps from the site of Piquet and start of hiking.
