Bushland & Bay near town. 3 bdm/4 beds

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situatedoin a large private block with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 people on request, however, it'd be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. At this time, it is strictly 6 people. Lots of wildlife!

Studio cottage farmstay with river views

Nestled in the Benandarah State Forest, on 52 private hectares of pasture, is Biddie's Farm Cottage. With beautiful views of the Cyne Mallows river which runs off from the Clyde, this vintage cottage was built from timber found on the farm and reclaimed planks from a 100 year old shack from Bega. Biddies is full of cosy country comforts including a/c, column heater for winter, and a 40 inch smart TV. The queen size bed is a vintage brass frame. There is the farm to explore and river access.

The Studio@ Little Forest

There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. Bawley Ridge Cottage is a secluded, spacious & dog-friendly log cabin with lofty beamed ceilings, cosy living area, & luxury bathroom. 10 mins from Bawley's beaches, the cottage is on an 8 ac farm, with roaming alpacas, geese, peacocks & goats. We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.
