The apartment is directly reachable via the staircase from the outside, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace.
