There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Laminate flooring is installed in the living room and hallway, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment is to remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Note: The apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via stairs.
