It has some furniture from the Soviet era. Open balcony has a view to the park. In the kitchen You find Jura coffeemaker, French press, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard. The flat is comfy up to 4 people.

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring Tartu in this spacious and light-filled 1 bedroom apartment with impressive high ceilings. Located in the very heart of the Old Town, it is across the street from the iconic and beloved Italian restaurant "La Dolce Vita". All of the sought-after sights are within a few minute's walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. The place is surrounded by cozy bars/cafes and the finest restaurants.

The house is located in Võrumõisa, which is in a quiet summerhouse area, but at the same time within walking distance to Võru city center and Tamula beach. The use of a barrel sauna and a steam sauna with a bubble function is included in the price, everything necessary for heating is available on site. The steam sauna is electric.

Põlva Cultural Center and the city center are a few (walking) minutes away. The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy kitchen and a living room with a balcony. Nearby there is a good sport hall Mesikäpa (Kesk 25), swimming pool and saunas (Uus 3) and the best restoran (Uus 5).

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
