The living room has a fold out couch that can also be used for sleeping. Parking is free, parking spaces are just in front of the house. Smokers and pets are not expected in the apartment. Nearby places: within 250m there is a sports hall and Kagukeskus, 900m to the bus station, 1.3 km to the central square and 1.7 km to the beach.

The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.
