Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Secteur Rive Gauche: les Invalides, le Bon Marché, Saint-Germain-des-prés, La Tour Eiffel, le Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles à proximité. Appartement classique et authentique de pur style 1900 "parquet/moulures/cheminées". Calme, refait neuf. 2 chambres, dont 1 avec lavabo et douche Italienne. Une salle de bain indépendante avec baignoire, douche à l'Italienne et lavabo. 2 wc.

Charmant appartement de 35 m2 dans immeuble haussmannien. Chambre (lit double), salon (canapé), cuisine équipée, salle de bain (petite douche). 3 balcons dont 1 avec une petite table . Jolie vue sur le haut de la Tour Eiffel. Appartement au sixième et dernier étage (petit ascenseur, non adapté PMR). Idéal pour vivre une expérience typiquement parisienne, dans un quartier vivant et commerçant. Proche Opéra (10 mn en métro), proche Beaugrenelle , proche Porte de Versailles (20 mn à pieds).

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Welcome to Paris! My home is a newly renovated flat in the center of Paris, close to Métro Vaugirad (line 12) and Gare du Montparnasse. The flat is also close to Arena Paris Sud, Invalides, and Seine river. A perfect location to enjoy the Olympic Games. It is in the courtyard, so it is very quiet with a beautiful view of the sky and Tour d’Eiffel. Perfect for family or couples to explore Paris.

Sweet home in Montparnasse, free parking

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage. Mon appartement est chaleureux, bien situé et complètement équipé, comme le montrent les photos. De plus, emplacement gratuit dans le parking souterrain de l'immeuble sur demande.
