Small studio, near Montparnasse.

Renovated apartment, in which there is everything you need to make a stopover in the French capital. Certainly not very big, it is an authentic Parisian studio of 16 m², with its kitchenette, bathroom and living room in which the bench converts into a single/double bed. No view but close to Montparnasse (train station is a stone's throw away), metro/bus, and a lot to do in the neighborhood. Quiet, in a residence set back from the street. Located on the 1st floor, without elevator access.

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

Niché dans la cour d’un vieil immeuble parisien, cet appartement bien desservi (lignes de Métro 6, 10, 13 et nombreux bus) se trouve au carrefour d'arrondissements réputés pour leurs attractions touristiques: la Tour Eiffel, les Invalides, le jardin du Luxembourg , UNESCO, sont tous accessibles à pied. L'appartement convient parfaitement pour un couple de touristes, pour un déplacement professionnel ou encore pour accompagner un enfant durant son séjour à Necker.

Enjoy a stylish and central home! Beautiful apartment refurbished in 2025. Metro Pasteur, 5 min walk from Gare Montparnasse. On the 2nd floor elevator, 50m2, large living room, plush sofa, courtyard bedroom, quiet, bathroom, separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. You have the entire place I had fun decorating! Close to cafes, restaurants, gardens in a secure neighborhood, not far from the Eiffel Tower!

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage. Mon appartement est chaleureux, bien situé et complètement équipé, comme le montrent les photos. De plus, emplacement gratuit dans le parking souterrain de l'immeuble sur demande.
