The Stables - Tunstead Cottages Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Tunstead. Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

A contemporary, light-filled, first-floor apartment perfectly designed for two positioned in the heart of the ever-popular village of Horning in the Norfolk Broads. The king-size bedroom comes with luxury bedlinen, plenty of wardrobe space and towels are also provided in the modern ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower). The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.
