Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and a cat share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

Nea Roda Apartments Α2

An apartment with a spacious balcony with a view. It sleeps comfortably up to 5 guests. Only 150 metres from the sandy beach and restaurants and thee minutes walk from the local bakery and supermarket. It benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open plan lounge/dinner, two bedrooms with comfortable antique style beds, and a large wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned, offers free WiFi, free parking and a garden with a barbecue.

Sea View Loft

This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Located in Lagonisi in Chalkidiki, our house “Apanema” offers guests an unforgettable holiday in a secluded, hidden paradise! Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, in a place where the green of pine trees meets the turquoise blue of the sea. Escape the crowds and swim in crystal clear waters at the pristine, golden sand beaches, which are just a short walk from the house. Explore the surrounding area, or simply relax in our garden.

A very cosy house(40sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.
