There are 2 AC in the house, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. House and neighbourhood rules: - Pets are not allowed due to our allergic customers - Parties and events (wedding preparations, birthdays etc) are not allowed - Charging an electric vehicle is also not allowed

Joy's Beautiful House

Our house is less than ten min walking from the sandy beach, in a quiet full of trees neighborhood, between Platamon (a seaside calmy village which turns to a lively tourist resort during summer time) and Nei Pori (full of life, with a 5 km organized beach, ideal for small children and families). This brand new apartment, on the elevated ground floor of our house, with the big flowered garden, is a lovely place to relax after a full day at the beach or the local sightseening.

The flat is situated just three meters above the sea, in the lush green area of Kokkino Nero, under the Kissavos Mountain. It is a two room flat with a big balcony under the shade of an old plane tree. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families who crave for tranquility and relaxation. Come and enjoy the simplicity, the peace and quiet of the area, watch the sun rise, feel the sea breeze, and swim into the deep sea water or go trekking to the high mountains!
