House of 250 m², with veranda, terrace, garden of 600 m² overlooking the Loire and its sunsets, located in the heart of Chaumont-sur-Loire, a small tourist town of 1104 inhabitants classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its village runs along the main road for 2 kilometers, bordered on one side by the Loire, the last wild river, and on the other side by the hill overlooking the Regional Domain including its 15th century feudal castle and the garden festival.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

We have just completed the renovation of this large 19th century mansion in order to create unique guest rooms, in an authentic and sustainable spirit. We are delighted to finally open to offer our guests a place where to relax and settle in a green setting in the heart of the Loire valley. The house is surrounded by forest and has a park of remarkable centenary trees, it is located 10 minutes from Amboise, 20 minutes from Chenonceau and Chaumont sur Loire.

I offer you a large and bright room (40 m2) with air conditioning, 160 x 200 cm bed and private bathroom. Breakfast included. With my husband and Romeo the cat, we will welcome you to our large and comfortable 19th century house and its enclosed garden. Our guest house is well located in the center of Amboise on a very quiet street. Upstairs we have renovated 2 large and bright rooms combining charm, refinement and comfort.

The studio with a capacity for 2 people is composed of a main room with a double bed, a table, two chairs, a shower room with toilets and a kitchenette. You'll have the option to set up a baby. The entry is independent and you have a private terrace. The studio is very quiet as it is on the courtyard side. Breakfasts are optional The pool, terrace and garden are to be shared between the guests of the house, it is heated.

Breakfast included in the rental.

Le logement, à l’étage d’une maison, comprend deux chambres de 15 m² (lits doubles) avec une salle de bain et des WC privatifs. A disposition au même niveau, une mezzanine équipée : kitchenette, canapé non convertible, table, 2 frigidaires, micro-ondes, mini four classique, deux cafetières (une à filtres, l'autre à capsules Nespresso, Dolce Gusto ou Senséo), bouilloire.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area. We are 1 km from the city center of Amboise; you will find restaurants, bars, shops. You can visit the Royal Castle, Leonardo da Vinci Park, Chateau-Gaillard. The train station is also close by. For cyclists, the bike route La Loire is 1 km from the house. We have a safe place for bikes .
