In 2020, newly expanded attic apartment on a farm, on the outskirts of Ramosch. Quiet and sunny location overlooking the Lower Engadine mountains. The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

Mountain Time - Apartment with a View

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

Vacation home - 1 bedroom & terrace/garden

Our new apartment (vacation home) will be completed in mid-August 2024. It is ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, a dining table and a spacious kitchen. The bathroom has a double sink and a shower. The toilet is separate. There is also a beautiful private terrace with garden and sun loungers. Parking, ski storage with ski boot dryer free of charge at the property.

Farnhaus. Loft above Merano with a view

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Mountain-view apartment

Our vacation rental is decorated in cozy Tyrolean style. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need, like a 4 plate stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher and of course also SATELLITE TV. From the large balcony you can enjoy the sunset and end the day. Of course, we offer Wi-Fi for free.
