Mountains, sport and nature in Val Venosta. Our apartment in Montechiaro is the ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and motorcycling. Spacious and bright, it's perfect for sports enthusiasts, families and groups of friends. There is a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, a garden and a panoramic terrace. We are at 930 m above sea level, in the Stelvio National Park. At the farm, you can enjoy authentic products made by us. An ideal place to experience the mountains in every season. New studio in the barn

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The apartment is equipped for 8-11 people and consists of a spacious living room with natural wood furniture, fully equipped kitchen Cable TV with regional information channels, radio CD player, fast Wi-Fi Internet, upholstered seating furniture, 4 separate bedrooms (in one bedroom there is also a sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV), 2 bathrooms (one with additional toilet), 1 separate toilet, 1 wardrobe. Large, sunny and furnished terrace with a Weber gas grill.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The newly renovated Loft de'Luna in the heart of the Val di Non, a 5-minute walk from the Rhaetian Museum and the scenic trail to San Romedio. A 20-minute drive from the Predaia ski slopes and 30 minutes from Ruffrè-Mendola. You can also reach the Novella River Park and Lake Santa Giustina in 10 minutes where you can practice Kayak. Every season has its own charm and among castles, huts, bike paths and ski slopes every moment just waiting to be experienced.

In 2020, newly expanded attic apartment on a farm, on the outskirts of Ramosch. Quiet and sunny location overlooking the Lower Engadine mountains. The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!
