The bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Rotlkinker building in the popular district of Barmbek-Süd close to Winterhude.

My bright 2-room apartment is located on a quiet one-way street in the popular Barmbek-Süd district. Close to the Outer Alster and the city park, with shopping, restaurants, cafes in the immediate vicinity. The closest U-Bahn [subway] station U3 is about 500 m away and is also accessible by bus! For this, the nearest stop is 50 meters away and offers a good connection. Bus 18 runs directly to the central train station. The shopping mall Hamburger Meile is very close.

The apartment was completely renovated in July 2024. The living space is distributed over two rooms.

Beautiful quiet apartment between Alster and Stadtpark. Good connection to local transport, U-Bahn Borgweg in 10 minutes (850 m) and bus in 5 minutes' walk. Walking distance to shopping: supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a beautiful, sunny balcony in the courtyard. I don't have Wi-Fi. One street further but there is a nice café (Frau Kowolik) with Wi-Fi. Free parking (public)

The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

The apartment is ideally located directly on the city park, which means that you have quick access to a green and quiet environment. Despite this natural location, the apartment also offers very good connections, so you can get to all parts of the city quickly and easily. Overall, the apartment is a perfect combination of central location, good connections, green surroundings and spacious, bright rooms. A dog usually lives in my apartment!

Between the water tower and the Eppendorf University Hospital

Our attic apartment is centrally located in the Lokstedt district and surrounded by greenery. By bus line 5, you are in the city center in 20 minutes. Restaurants, shops and cinema can be found nearby. The university clinic is just 5 minutes away. The room is about 12 square meters. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
