Pretty cottage facing the pond not overlooked, feet in the water and all without mosquitoes! In order to enjoy this magnificent view, a large terrace of 60m2 just for you with barbecue, sunbathing... The sea is 800 meters behind the pond! In front of the house, it is only the pond, sand, and in the distance the sea ...a small haven of peace. The interior is very functional: a living room with a 140 sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed.

All around the apartment it full of small restaurants , breweries and coffee . At 10 / 15 minutes , you have a very large Market of the Region , with very varied shops. In the evening at 15 minutes . Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
