Our place is an entire quiet and spacious unit with a lift, located in the heart of Kyoto, Kawaramachi, which is a rare find❤️ We recommend it for 4 to 10 people—it's very comfortable for that number of guests! We finalised the following details for our room in March 2026. From now on, the experience will be even better than before! We have carefully selected distinctive Japanese materials, The main wall behind the living room TV features stylish, high-end woven wallpaper with a textured pattern. Located in Japan's largest and world-renowned woollen fabric production area, the entire space exudes a warm and cosy homey atmosphere. For this special toilet renovation, we used herringbone-patterned tiles made with a highly skilled technique from Gifu Prefecture, Japan, which create a three-dimensional effect as light and shadow play on them. Mino-yaki ceramics have a history of around 1,300 years, and the tile industry has been producing these tiles for over a century; they are among the most technically challenging tiles to make. We've also lovingly upgraded the Dyson hairdryer, as well as the Dyson bladeless fan, a quick-boil kettle from a Japanese design brand, a brand-new Daikin air conditioner (heating and cooling) in the living room, and the best shower head in Japan! The flooring is from Asahi Woodworks, a century-old Japanese company, and is of the highest quality—three times more expensive than Chinese products. We also carefully select the bedding. We use a mattress with individually pocketed springs, which guests have mentioned in their reviews as providing a good night's sleep.We hope that when you visit Japan, you will have the opportunity to experience our attentive service, convenient facilities and excellent location. The room is a Ｇuest Ｈouse opened(started) in March, 2017 which refurbished apartment. It is a private room. Ideal for family members and friends. Of course available also welcome in one person! It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station (JR Fukushima Station, JR Shin-fukushima Station, Hanshin Train Fukushima Station) to your room, and you can go to Osaka station at 1 stop(station). You can also go to USJ at 3 stops so it is very accessible! We have a security camera installed.
