Nice studio of 27m² with a large bed (160x200cm) and mattress at the top of comfort! It is very well equipped and very pleasant to live in (I live there when it is not rented, so you feel at home!) The studio is located in downtown Nantes on a very quiet street and overlooks a garden in the back. It is a 10 min walk from the train station, 5 min from the city of congresses, the castle, the Chu and the lively Bouffay district. Transportation, shops, self-service bikes in direct proximity.

Very nice apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Its location in the hyper-center, 2 steps from the Opera will allow you to have a pleasant stay for professional or tourist reasons. With an area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people, has a large entrance, a spacious bedroom, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed for one person, a small shower room and separate toilet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants including the famous "La Cigale" brewery 100 m away.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.
