A weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris!

1 hour south of Paris, in a small hamlet, this old stone house offers exceptional comfort and a setting for an excellent weekend or more, for families or groups of friends. Fully equipped for the reception of young children. Stone house built in 1870 on 3 levels, it is located on an enclosed plot of 2500 m2 wooded and landscaped. On the ground floor : a large living/dining room of about 35m2 with a large fireplace, a desk with 1 single bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, 3 large bright bedrooms completely renovated with double bed, 1 separate toilet and a shower room. Finally on the top floor, under the attic, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and a game room that can be converted into a bedroom if needed. For young children, the house is equipped with umbrella beds, changing mat, baby bath and high chair. - High-speed Internet access throughout the house. - Cable TV with many channels (Freebox) - BlueRay Player & DVD - Hi-fi Airplay channel to broadcast your own musical atmosphere. - You have access to the fireplace to enjoy the beautiful winter evenings. (We will ask you for a small participation for the wood). The house is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. - In summer, you have access to all the garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful summer days (sun lounger, outdoor table, barbecue...) - Upon arrival, each guest will have at their disposal a towel for the duration of your stay. - All sheets are provided. Upon arrival the beds will be clean and made. - In the kitchen, you have access to all the equipment (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, oven...). For your convenience we can arrange and make available breakfasts at extra cost. (Fruit juice, brioche, jam, bread, honey, Nutella, Cruesli and Muesli...) Please let us know if you would like to share your wishes with us. We will do our utmost to achieve them. We will welcome you and introduce you to the house on the day of your arrival so that you will have no difficulty during your stay. We'll be in touch for any questions. If you wish, we can offer you walks, leisure, and visits in the region. The house not overlooked is located in an old small village of about 15 houses at the bottom of the Essonne valley, next to the castle of Rouville. The road that leads to it is deadlocked, which ensures you a perfect tranquility. Departing from the house, you have a large number of walks or bicycles to enjoy nature. The house is accessible by car in 1 hour from Paris. Very easy access via the A6 (A6 motorway). It is also possible to reach it by train from Paris Châtelet or Gare de Lyon by the RER C Terminus MALESHERBES. However, you will need to plan the transfer between the Station and the House (5 minutes by car).

Enjoy a 100m2 house, fully renovated and with all comforts. 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Fontainebleau and its forest as well as its castle and 10 minutes from Buthiers and its recreation area and rocks, (by car). The house is located in the heart of the city on the main street (quite busy). Close to the RER D train station, the city centre, shops and restaurants, which are 5 minutes' walk away. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This Canadian cottage lost in the woods of the Fontainebleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to your roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the unfenced 3 ha wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! A second 5-person cottage on the grounds shares the children's playground.
