The apartment sleeps four: one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two. Large windows provide good light and nice views, and the atmosphere is warm and homey – both for short and longer stays.

Serveringsstedet Zanzibar Inn ligger også ved bryggekanten. På Lauvsnes finnes også hurtiglader for el-bil. Leiligheten er lys og moderne og fullt utstyrt med oppvaskmaskin, kaffetrakter, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, fryser, hårføner etc. Det er 2 soverom med 2 senger i hvert rom. Moderne bad med dusj og WC. (Access to electric car charger by appointment) Barely 2 km to nearest shop, 3 km to the town centre. Walking distance to Steinkjerhallen/sports facilities and Midjo Golf Course.

The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.
