All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Here you live in the middle of nature, only 10 meters from beech forest and 300 meters from a small private beach with rowing boat. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished with a mix of new and old, and there is room for contemplation, play and tranquility. A small oasis where time stands still and where the sunsets over the sea never disappoint.

A cosy three bedroom house set in an old orchard, close to the local beach. Downstairs, my place has a large living and dining space with a near new kitchen that looks out onto the enclosed garden. The second floor has three bedrooms with a view of the surrounding fields and forests. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
