The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of nice walks at the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer walk Skalø around.
