The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and gymnasium. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom in the basement with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. On the ground floor is an open living room, dining room and kitchen. Here is the exit to the enclosed terrace with dining area. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an exit to a small balcony. Guest room with sofa bed and a bathroom. The home is within walking distance of Herlufsholmskoven and Susåen. Nearby are Bonbon Land, Skovtårnet and Enø

Country idyll at Vejrbaek Gaard - The apartment

Stay in the countryside on a 4-wing farm in an apartment on 2 floors. We have a cozy courtyard where all meals can be enjoyed in shelter. The apartment has its own terrace overlooking the garden. There is a large park-like garden of about 16,000 m2, where you can go for a walk, walk with dogs and the children can play. There are many cozy nooks in the garden. Families with children are very welcome. We like our guests to feel at home. NOTE that for 5 guests, one bed is on an air mattress in the living room. Possibility of longer stays.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation for both the beach, restaurants and the beautiful city life in Karrebæksminde. The annex is building B and is furnished with a simple kitchen. There are 2 beds on a good sofa bed as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds. Private bathroom and toilet in the Annex. Beautiful area with green areas with football goals and petanque. 10 min walk down through the charming Vesterhave with small houses and then you are at the beach and the cozy center that buzzes with life.

There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The area is quiet and scenic - here there is only noise in the form of birdsong and sea air

The house has 2 smaller gardens. They are not fenced, but there is a hedge out to the road. There is a large cozy courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Peaceful retreat with access to private toilet and outdoor shower, bbq, fireplace, heated pool. Great opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and fjords.

Five minutes from the E47 - and near the train station - you find this cozy apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a large terrace, a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. If you are more than four people, we have extra mattresses. There is free access to the games room with billiards, table tennis and darts. There is free parking right outside the house, and the town offers a grocery store, pizzeria and grill bar. The Tractor Museum and the Crocodile Zoo are right nearby.
