Bemerkung: Wir haben 3 Kinder die tagsüber mal etwas lauter sein könnten und die man oben auch hören könnte

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Iserlohn - Modern basement apartment

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

Be our guest in this sunny 90 square metre apartment, with an old-world flair and modern attributes. All the important points of contact are nearby. Bus stop, supermarket, city centre with restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Cosy apartment with fireplace in a castle built in 1898 with fantastic scenery and located directly on the river Lenne. Centrally located yet quiet in the forest on the mountain with many hiking trails right on the doorstep.

Cozy apartment on Kuhlerkamp All Inclusive

On approx. 25 square meters you will find a cozy apartment with combined living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is suitable for one to two people or short stays with a toddler. A travel bed can be provided on request. Our all-inclusive package includes dish towels, towels and also fresh bed linens. If you are staying longer, you will of course receive another set of fresh towels and dish towels on request.

The whole group will feel comfortable in this spacious and special old building apartment (3rd floor) overlooking the Hohenlimburg Castle. On a total of 92 sqm, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with large shower, a unique kitchen and a cozy living room (the sofa could be used as a 5th bed), there is enough space for 4-5 people. Exposed wooden beams, wooden floorboards and sloping roof offer the special flair. There is a small balcony.

The apartment has been completely newly built. It is accessible via a spacious terrace on the first floor. A parking space is available. The equipment includes a new kitchen with hotplates, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with ice box. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. You sleep in a spacious, high-quality box spring bed and can conveniently operate the large flat-screen TV from there. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included.

Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this penthouse allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.

After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

Our accommodation can easily accommodate up to four people. Enjoy the idyll on our property as well as in the renovated apartment on the first floor. In addition to two bedrooms, it offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, one and a half bathrooms and a terrace. By arrangement, it is also possible to use the basement bar. The same applies to the garden including the grill pavilion.
