Enjoy the main house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fabulous Sunroom with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling overlooking an inviting in-ground pool. Across the pool is a studio tiny house that is all yours to use as well. It comes equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and all the privacy you need to get away. It has a queen bed and sleeps 2 with a small child on the sofa.

Relax in this spacious 100 year old bungalow in mid town. Close to Wilmington trail, hospital, uncw, restaurants, golf brewery, shopping. Ten minutes to downtown and the beach. Stay home and enjoy rocking chair porches and deck. Full sized equipped kitchen, books, records, yoga set up & WiFi in sunroom office or bring your codes and watch your favorite shows. Eclectic Tiny Home Hot Tub Nights Poolside Morning

Note: There are 2 tiny homes on this property, Each tiny home has their own side yard with Private hot tub, but the back yard, with the pool, is shared with both tiny homes. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble. From November 1st to February 28th, Pool is just too cold to use, The cleaning routine changes from twice a week to once a month. But you can still enjoy the hot tub all year!
