We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Located on the ground floor of the oldest house in the village of Myans in Savoie, at the foot of the Granier, and in immediate proximity to the sanctuary of Notre Dame de Myans, this charming apartment, completely renovated in the spirit of the place by us, is very functional and comfortable… Ideal for 2 people, it can accommodate up to 4 people, 10 minutes from Chambéry, 30 minutes from Grenoble and ski resorts. We live on site on the second floor of the house.

Beautiful quiet apartment, overlooking the mountains

Air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment with quiet terrace in building on the 1st floor without elevator access. Access to the park (water games, skate park, sports complex, basketball court). 10 min from Chambéry, pocket shops and easy access to bike path. If you are sporty you can take it and go for long bike rides, jog or just walk with your family. I have 3 cats who are independent and spend 3/4 of their time outdoors, especially in the summer.

It is located in a quiet residential area, near the center of the village, 10 minutes from Chambéry, 25 minutes from the Féclaz resort (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 45 minutes from the 7 Laux (downhill skiing). Highway access 3 minutes away! The studio has amenities for a pleasant stay for two.
