This great place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. The balcony also overlooks Valkeinen pond. The city center is a 10-minute walk. Likewise, Kuntolaakso swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. Bus stop right next door. Downstairs spreadable sofa bed 80cm or spread 160cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bedding and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can get a loan. 5€/person. There's parking in our yard, and local buses about 30 minutes apart.
