The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

(In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

The small and atmospheric home is located on the most beautiful street in Lappeenranta, only 900 m from the city center and 600 m from the train station. The detached house offers a relaxing and easy overnight stay for up to three people. Downstairs there is a 100 cm wide bed for one and a 160 cm wide bed for two.
