The private beach also offers the opportunity to use the pool, the pier, fishing and the rowing boat.

A detached house with a wood-fired sauna in a built-up area near Lake Saimaa, with a private lakeside sauna + beach about 500 m from the house. There are no amenities on the beach; water is carried from Lake Saimaa. The beach can be reached by car. Child-friendly beach with a shallow sandy bottom. Large private yard, trampoline and toddler swings for children. There is a skate park and exercise equipment at the nearby school. Nature and jogging trails nearby! The nearest shops are about 1 km away.

Lilla Hammar

A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Smoking and pet free area. Children are wellcome.  Warmly wellcome to our guest!

Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Various cultural evenings are often held here.

Villa Ruoholampi Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. (In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Traditions and linen

Ekologista mökkielämää isolla tontilla (4ha) ilman lähinaapureita. Rakennus on puhdas, raikas ja hyvin materiaalein sisustettu. Saat valmiiksi pedatun sängyn pellavalakanoilla, kylmän jääkaapin ja oman eteläsuuntaisen hiekkarannan. Muutaman kilometrin päässä on Puumala Golf, Sulkavan linnavuori ja paljon muutakin nähtävää. Voit soutaa, saunoa ja grillata. Rakennuksessa on aurinkosähköt, joilla voit ladata puhelimen ja saat valoa illalla. Marjat ja sienet voit kerätä omasta metsästä.

This beautiful air conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, sauna, bathroom and all the comforts. You have free WiFi and parking space. Relax in the peace of a modern stone house, admiring the lake view and sunsets. The apartment is accessible and has an elevator. We make the beds ready, so bed linen, towels and detergents are included in the price.

Studio Esterinkatu

We decorated a cute studio apartment to be a place where we would also enjoy ourselves on a trip. The compact 30 sqm apartment has all the necessary functions. 160cm double bed, sofa, 55” TV and spacious dining table for two. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge-freezer, induction stove and dishwasher. Of course, the spacious bathroom has a washing machine. The balcony, which is the width of the apartment, faces the evening sun and is a nice addition in the summer.

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.
