Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour directly in front of the house to the centre. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

All the main points of contact are close by. Supermarket, bakery, post office,...all in 2 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk. Also the bus stop is right next to us. Dining options are within a 2-minute walk of the apartment. For hiking, you can start directly from the house, e.g. our local mountain - Bruges - from which you have a great panoramic view. Or our beautiful waterfall. From 3 nights in summer there is the Bregenzerwald card - free cable cars and bus ride.

Our newly built apartment, completed in May 2018, offers a wonderful view towards the south of the Bregenzerwald mountains. The "Holz 100 Haus" is completely made of wood and natural insulation materials. The two-room apartment is 70 m ² and consists of a kitchen-living room, sleeping room, gallery and balcony. In the house is a cafe restaurant where a sauna facility is also offered. 100 m away is a grocery store. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Die Gästetaxe von 1,85 € pro Gast und Nacht sind im Preis inbegriffen

The holiday apartmet is located in the middle of the Bregenzerwald in the solar municipality of Lingenau. With its 35 sqm living area, it can accommodate two people. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjacent green meadow.

On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

In the silence of nature at 1,000 meters above sea level lies the apartment "Füchsle" with 42 square meters in the basement of our house, which was built in 1981 in block construction. Enjoy the breathtaking view of a unique mountain scenery from the spacious terrace. Skiers can ski directly from the front door to the ski slope in the snowy months. In the summer months, you can hike directly from the apartment.
