Charmant studio situé au rez-de-chaussée de l'habitation principale avec entrée et jardin privatif. Composé d'une pièce avec un lit de 140, meuble de rangements-penderie, TV grand format avec Netflix. Une kitchenette avec micro-onde, cafetière Senseo, bouilloire, frigo top, plaque induction, vaisselle, table deux chaises. Salle d'eau avec WC séparé. Pour se détendre un jardinet privatif avec table et chaises. Pas de parking voiture mais possibilité de stationner gratuitement dans la rue.
