The Su Murcone cottage is located in BAUNEI, a village on a beautiful hill in the province of Ogliastra, in Sardinia. A few kilometers away, just 10 km away, there is the hamlet of Baunei al mare, Santa Maria Navarrese, the summer residence of the inhabitants of Baunei and also a tourist destination for those who love the sea. The house has a single room, a living room with kitchenette and a double bed. A modern and comfortable bathroom completes the apartment. A spiral staircase leads up to the beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding old roofs. The view of the valley is beautiful, the terrace is airy, but sheltered from the wind at the same time. On a sunny day, in all seasons, eating on this terrace is a real pleasure, surrounded by a beautiful view and the typical sounds of the village and nature at the same time. The house is equipped with everything, cozy and well furnished, the cost is really low and competitive with seaside residences.

Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. La sala da bagno è spazioso con una grande doccia, sono compresi gli asciugamani. La cucina è completa di tutto!

The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a small family of three.
