Our 45 m² new and modern furnished apartment offers enough space for 2 persons and is located in a quiet location directly on the edge of the forest with a large swimming pool in the garden and a beautiful sun terrace. The apartment has a private terrace, a kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, a living room with dining table, couch and TV and a bathroom with shower. The toilet is separate. SATELLITE TV, hairdryer, towels and linens are provided.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
