The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Bright 20 sqm flat, bed, (extra mattress with surcharge - but for two persons there is not much space!!), large mirror cabinet, small seating area, secretary, kitchenette, TV (DVB-T2) shower/WC/hallway, ground floor (raised ground floor), accessible via 5 steps Cooking: microwave/senseo-machine/toaster/water heater/iron Location: residential area, streetside, 750 m to the main station, 250 m to ALDI Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!
