Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. The loft in the middle of Bickenbach on the Bergstraße is the ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities for up to five people. Easy access to the Odenwald, but also to the metropolises of Frankfurt and the cultural city of Heidelberg. If you are looking for a retreat for concentrated work, this is also the place to be. In the middle of a historic estate, the terrace with garden views invites you to linger. The equipment with gigabit internet is perfect for videoconferencing.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Idyllic vacation home in the Odenwald

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Close to nature with perfect connections

Close to the beautiful Eberstädter Streuobstwiesen and within walking distance of the tram towards DA-City. What more could you want if you love nature and at the same time appreciate shopping and the cultural offerings of the city? The pretty, high-quality 2-room apartment with approx. 55 sqm plus terrace is located in a new building and was only completed at the end of 2023. The small apartment is ideal for 2-3 people or a family with two smaller children.

Artist apartment with very good amenities

The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is located in the nearby area.

Our two-storey 60-square-metre oasis with a sunny west-facing roof terrace welcomes you. It is centrally located to the A5, Frankfurt (airport), Darmstadt or Heidelberg. Right on the doorstep, you will also find many cycling and hiking trails. The large fully equipped living-dining kitchen invites you to be cozy together. The sofa bed offers another retreat. Upstairs is the bright living room-bedroom with roof terrace, a desk and a double bed.
