You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pots, pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake, canoes, and free sessions at the sauna. Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

In the surroundings there are plenty of sights such as village farms and viewpoints (Avholmsberget e.g.), many nice fishing waters, dressage (Delsbo), flea markets and many other things.
