Parking is on the street. The property is located 50m down a footpath with steps from where you will be parking. Please note it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The property has one air conditioning unit in the upstairs living room. The WiFi speed is good.

The ancestors of the family in 1905 built this building with the neoclassical tendency of the time, for the use of a small commercial store.
