The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!

Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Possibility to reach Via-Rhôna for a bike getaway🏃‍♂️🚴. Unheated indoor pool that requires maintenance that we take care of every 2 days. Pergola, ping pong table🏓, pétanque court and unobstructed views of the Rhone Valley and the mythical Col du Colombier await.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
