The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, at the back the bathroom. On the upper floor, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always there for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are travelling with more ask me before!!

Ideal apartment which, along with the whole building, has been refurbished in 2022, keeping its original essence from when it was first built in the year 1600. It has been decorated by a team of interior designers and equipped with much detail to give the best experience and rest for our guests, either for work or vacation. A few minutes' drive from Las Rozas Village, Ciudad Fin. Santander, Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Madrid Moncloa, Arguelles-centro ciudad, UAX, Fran de Vitoria, U.Europea. A car is absolutely necessary and consider that the location is on inner streets that are not exposed.

It is an independent chalet (full rental) is very close to Madrid (in an urbanization on the outskirts of Móstoles) despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways. It is a very quiet development, which gives the feeling of being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. Ideal place to disconnect two steps from Madrid.

A mall, and supermarket 2 minutes walk and free street parking, no parking meters.

Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.
