Fresh cottage on a nice plot in wonderful Abbekås

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with stunning panoramic views of the sea. Cozy cottage with large light entrance and spacious terrace. Two bedrooms with two beds in each as well as crib for infants. Sofa bed in living room. Open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view. The terrace has both a dining area and a lounge sofa for socializing. In the large lawn there is a barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. French balcony facing the sea from one of the bedrooms.

The house is located in Mossbystrand about 12 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. You'll have easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Cozy living room with sofa and behind a half wall hides a 120 bed. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and fridge. Heated floors throughout. Coffee and tea are available and can be easily fixed with the kettle. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is the possibility of making the sofa into a bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cupboard in the bathroom.

Cozy guest house with bicycle distance to the sea!

Cosy guest house in the countryside close to the sea! It is close to both Abbekås and Skivarp but also to pearls along the south coast like Ystad and Smygehuk. The accommodation is also a perfect base for excursions to Österlen and Bornholm. Mossbystrand is a sandy beach several kilometres long, borrow a bike from us to take you here! Abbekås has a lovely harbour with a jetty where you can also eat well at Hamnkrogen. In the village there are also the restaurants Dinah's Place and Pizzeria Solo.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
