Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Two-story house with horse views 7 km from Épernay, capital of champagne, for 6 people on the site of an equestrian center with the possibility of bringing your horse (€15 per night for 1 box with straw and hay and meadow) The accommodation includes an open living room with a kitchen, the possibility of an outdoor terrace with BBQ provided, and a small pond. The night for one person is 79 euros and 15 euros per additional person, disinfection and cleaning done after each departure
