Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für über 300 km Wanderwege und Alpinsteige im Raurisertal – einem der schönsten Wandergebiete im Salzburger Land. Hier genießen Sie Ruhe, Privatsphäre und die Nähe zur Natur – perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit oder einen aktiven Urlaub in den Bergen.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres kleinen Einfamilienhauses und strahlt Tiroler Gemütlichkeit aus. Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.
