The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The house is located 500 meters from the harbor with free boat slipway and good shopping. There are nice restaurants and an oyster bar within walking distance. Bus stop to Skive/Nykøbing is right outside the door.

There is a shelter, large terrace, fireplace and lots of lawn that can be used for play and outdoor activities and down by the beach you will find petrified sea urchins. Located in quiet surroundings, and only 30-40 minutes drive from the North Sea. If you like to surf, the best spot is by Limfjorden 100 meters from the house. Even if it's windy by the fjord, there's always shelter by the house. The perfect setting for an active or relaxing vacation.

In Skyum Østerstrand, this cottage is in a class of its own. The house from 2011 is two houses connected by a covered walkway with hardwood floors. The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption due to solar cells and good insulation. Heating is provided by a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long vacation, where you have the opportunity to be mindful of relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.

Blåbærhuset er et lille smukt, simpelt og bæredygtige hjem, som du kan leje. Det ligger midt i min vilde have omgivet af natur. Her finder du fred og ro. Huset er lavt, men med lyse og venlige rum. To soverum med dobbeltsenge på hhv 140 og 120cm. Nyd mit lille paradis og katten Kiddy som gerne gør dig selskab men også gerne passer sig selv. Brug Blåbærhuset som udgangspunkt for et hav af dejlige oplevelser på kanten af det nordjyske (6 km til Jesperhus) 🌸🍀🌸

Cozy and bright house near the water

Bright, simple and house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area. Nedgravet trampolin,fodboldmål, hængekøje, stigegolf samt offentlig legeplads som nabo. I stueetage: 1 toilet med bad, stor stue og køkken med spisestue samt 2 soverum. Kælder: 1 stort soverum med dobbeltseng samt en enkelt seng. Toilet. Stort multirum: airhockey, bordfodbold, bordtennis.

kolonihavehuset er hyggeligt, men ikke luksuriøs. Møbler og service er alt sammen købt i genbrug. Huset ligger på en stor indhegnet grund med bålplads. Der er soveværelse med dobbelt seng og anneks med to enkelt senge. Herudover er der sofa i stuen. huset varmes op af pejs- brænde kan købes. Der er et lille badeværelse ( gulvvarme)med toilet og bad. man skal selv medbringe sengetøj og håndklæder.
