This small guest house is fully equipped with its own kitchen/bathroom, parking, small garden and terraces. It is bright and nicely decorated and newly renovated. There are good beds with new/neat pillows and duvets. It is located in a small cottage area with many trees and bushes. There is a beautiful view of the fjord and only a stone's throw away. Here you can swim from the beach and public swimming pier. However, remember to wear bathing shoes, as the beach is rocky in some places. Also remember a fishing rod if you are a recreational fisherman.

Bus stop to Skive/Nykøbing is right outside the door.

The sound of Limfjordens waves is the background music of this lovely summerhouse. The house has its own beach and the most beautiful view of Sallingsundbroen. The house is bright and spacious. The beach and water invite you to water sports, indoors there is table football and darts. Within 5 min walk there is a water park, supermarket, Restaurant Limfjorden Hus, Oyster bar, pizzeria, barbecue, diner, ice cream house and the marina. Within 10 min drive are campsite, Pinen Hus, Jesperhus Flower Park and Nykøbing city.

The house also has large common areas, with private access to the fjord. By the fjord, there is a swimming bridge with platforms, a safe playground, a pirate ship (!) and a campfire area.

Direct access to the Limfjord with a bathing jetty 100 meters from the house. 600 meters walk along the fjord and you arrive at Thy Cablepark with fantastic facilities, where you can frolic on the water or enjoy a trip to the sauna. Also go on a fjord hike for a kilometer and arrive at Eshøj Plantage. The house is isolated on a dead-end road without traffic and noise. There is a gym in the basement and 4 rooms with beds and the possibility of extra beds.

Bo i en fredet herregård fra 1760 – helt nede ved Limfjorden, i egen lejlighed. Her møder I ro, lys og nordisk enkelhed samt flere hundrede års historie. Fjorden er lige uden for døren: lån vores SUP eller robåd, bad fra stranden, og gå ture i park, marker og skov. Spørg for en personlig rundvisning med os. Dobbeltseng, sovesofa, spiseplads, fuldt køkken og fibernet. Plads til 4 personer. Sengetøj, håndklæder og slutrengøring er inkluderet. Lejligheden er gennemrenoveret i 2026.

Der er 2 soveværelser og et toilet på 1.sal. Tilhørende dejligt isoleret annex med 2 værelser og toilet. Fra huset er der 300 meter til stranden. Børnene kan nyde godt af både nedgravet trampolin, gynger og bålplads på grunden. Der 6 km til Jesperhus feriepark med lege og badeland (helårs åbent).
